Nice vintage heavy duty industrial metal industrial hospital floor lamp. Has a birdcage bulb cover. The floor lamp is made of metal and is in a repainted worn red finish. Has minor surface rust on the base. This would be great for an industrial style home, great steampunk floor lamp for any room, shop or garage. The shade does rotate. The light has the original cord and porcelain socket and does work as tested. There is a factory hole on the shade top. possibly could have had a piece of glass or magnifying lens.  The bottom base has rubber feet.  The base is marked, the manufacturer is American Hospital supply corporation. Overall, very good, salvaged condition. Please look over the pictures and ask questions when needed. Thanks for looking
