Nice decorative turned antique vintage newel post. The newel post has a nice acorn top finial. The post is solid. The newel post is in a worn dirty shabby brown over white finish. It is a salvaged piece so expect to find cut nails, nail holes, scuffs and scratches. There are no notches, but there are a few chunks missing on the bottom. Overall good condition.
