Nice 20" nautical Ring buoy. This is a marine Buoy and personal floatation device. The Jim Buoy is marked the manufacture is Cal-June, Inc. The buoy does show wear to the elements and does have stains, scuffs and punctures in the protective coating. The protective coating looks to be made of a rubber material and will need a detailed cleaning. The buoy is in an orange color with white writing.  The nylon rope is mostly missing and torn away as shown.  Nice subject matter, Kittanning Desert Storm 91. with nice KC logos on each side. Looks hand painted.  Great decor for a beach front, lake house or pool house. Overall good, salvaged condition. Please look over the pictures carefully and ask any questions if needed.
