Nice antique turned wood newel post finial. Does include lower portion with bolt and nut to attached to staircase rail. It has a medium varnished finish. This is a salvaged piece, may have nails and nail holes, splits and chunks missing.  It is a solid piece with no rot. It would be great as mantle display piece, or to reuse on a newel post.
