Nice Century ceramic White porcelain toilet with a round bowl.  It is marked Kohler c.1980s. It shows light wear, minor scratches & scuffs. The chrome (plastic) flush lever looks good, the tank parts look complete, they are untested may need repair or replacement. Overall, very good, salvaged condition.
